Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator | Chartered Accountant | Leadership Facilitator & Coach | Consultant

Professionally trained and certified through Inthrface, Denmark

Sara Hussain Nabeel is a Chartered Accountant, LUMS graduate, entrepreneur, consultant and Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator who works at the intersection of leadership, organisational development, experiential learning and human-centred problem-solving.

With a professional background spanning consulting, finance, entrepreneurship, retail operations and organisational facilitation, Sara brings a structured business perspective to experiential learning. Her approach combines the discipline of a Chartered Accountant with the reflective and highly participative nature of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method, enabling individuals and teams to explore complex issues, make thinking visible, create shared understanding and move towards meaningful action.

Sara has designed and facilitated LSP engagements across academic, pharmaceutical, healthcare, food retail and technology environments, working with audiences ranging from university educators and senior medical professionals to CEOs, directors, heads of departments and cross-functional leadership teams.

When people can see their thinking, they can begin to understand it, challenge it and build something better together.

Professional Background

Experience

Before moving into facilitation and experiential learning, Sara built a diverse professional career across accounting, consulting, entrepreneurship and business operations.

She is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA, UK) and a graduate of LUMS with a degree in Accounting & Finance. She began her professional career with Deloitte Pakistan, where she worked as a Senior Consultant in a structured, governance-driven environment.

As an entrepreneur, she has also built and managed businesses across Pakistan and the UK, including experience as a franchise partner of the international retail brand MINISO. These experiences have given her first-hand exposure to leadership, people management, operations, financial discipline, scaling, customer experience and the realities of running organisations.

This combination of professional and entrepreneurial experience informs her facilitation style – practical, commercially aware, structured and grounded in real organisational contexts.

Approach

Sara believes that some of the most valuable organisational insights are difficult to access through conventional discussion alone.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® provides a different route into those conversations — one that encourages participants to think through their hands, make ideas visible, give every voice space, and build a shared understanding of complex issues.

Her role is to create the conditions for meaningful exploration: asking the right questions, facilitating reflection, connecting individual perspectives and helping groups translate what emerges into practical organisational insight.

She works with organisations and universities seeking to develop more reflective leaders, stronger teams and people who are better equipped to navigate complexity, ambiguity and change.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator

Sara was professionally trained and certified through Inthrface, Denmark, an international LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® training and facilitator network.

She uses the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method as a structured thinking and facilitation methodology — not simply as a creative activity. The method enables participants to build three-dimensional models, use metaphor to express complex ideas, share perspectives and engage in structured reflection and dialogue.

Her work focuses on using the methodology to help organisations and educational institutions explore questions around • Leadership • Communication • Collaboration • Culture • Strategy • Innovation • Conflict • Organisational Change • Self-Awareness • Team Alignment • Future Readiness
